Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (EULA)

AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are gtfol, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Delaware, United States at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713.

We operate Glo, accessible from https://gloskin.app, the mobile application Glo (the "App"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and gtfol, LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms and the End User License Agreement (EULA). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

LICENSE GRANT AND SCOPE OF USE

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Legal Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Services or Content unless expressly authorized by us.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").

RESTRICTIONS AND USER OBLIGATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms and the EULA.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.
• You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You will not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
• Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Our app does not offer medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment, and all content is intended for educational purposes only. Before accessing any features, users must acknowledge that the information provided by the app should not be used as a substitute for professional medical consultation. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Legal Terms or the EULA. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you will provide current, complete, and accurate information as required for any purchases made via the Services. You will not submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information, and you will promptly update account and payment information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Apple App Store

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

AUTO-RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS

We offer auto-renewing subscription services for enhanced features within our app. Below is a summary of the key details regarding our subscription services:

• Title of Subscription: Glo Pro Subscription
• Length of Subscription: Monthly/Weekly
• Price of Subscription: $7.99 per month, or $3.99 per week
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the cost of the subscription package you have selected.
• Cancellation: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All purchases are non-refundable. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you are unsatisfied with our Services, please email us at team@gtfol.inc.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

When you enter a referral code during sign-up, both you and the referring user receive one referral count. Accumulating three referral counts allows you to unlock your face analysis results for one week. However, access to all Pro features still requires you to purchase a subscription.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

LIMITED WARRANTY

We warrant that the Services will substantially conform to the descriptions provided in our documentation under normal use conditions. However, this limited warranty does not cover failures caused by misuse, modification, or unauthorized access to the software. To the fullest extent permissible by law, any implied warranties or conditions are limited to the duration of the limited warranty.

GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms and the EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
