GloSkin ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the GloSkin mobile application (the "App") and related services.
By downloading or using GloSkin, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Camera access is requested only when you initiate a scan or photo feature. You may grant or revoke camera access at any time in your device's Settings.
Subscription purchases (GloSkin Pro) are processed entirely through Apple's in-app purchase system. We do not receive or store your payment card information. We receive only a transaction receipt and subscription status from Apple and/or RevenueCat (our subscription management provider).

If GloSkin is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
Your data is stored on Supabase's cloud infrastructure, which uses industry-standard encryption both at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
Face scan photos and check-in selfies are stored in your private, access-controlled account storage and are not publicly accessible.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App integrates with the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:
Provides backend database, authentication, and file storage. Supabase stores your account data, skin profile, diary entries, and photos.
Manages in-app subscription purchases and entitlements. RevenueCat receives your App Store transaction data and subscription status to validate your GloSkin Pro access.
Collects crash reports and error diagnostics. Sentry may receive device information and anonymized stack traces when the App experiences an error. No personal identifiable health or photo data is sent to Sentry.
If you choose to sign in using Apple or Google, these services authenticate your identity and provide a unique user identifier. We receive only the information you authorize during sign-in.
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. Apple's privacy policy governs the collection of payment and purchase data.
Product recommendation links may include affiliate tracking parameters (e.g., Amazon Associates). Clicking these links may allow affiliate partners to set cookies and track purchases. We do not share your personal profile with affiliate partners — the links are generic and not personalized on the third-party side.
You may access and update your skin profile, personal information, and account details at any time within the App's Settings screen.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data. To delete your account:
We will permanently delete your account, skin profile, photos, diary entries, and usage history within 30 days of your request. Note that deletion is irreversible.
You may request a copy of your personal data by emailing support@gloskin.app with the subject "Data Export Request." We will provide your data in a portable format within 30 days.
You can opt out of push notifications at any time via your device's Settings or within the App under Settings → Notifications.
You can revoke camera access at any time via your device's Settings → Privacy → Camera. Revoking camera access will disable scan features.
You may cancel your GloSkin Pro subscription at any time through the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See Terms of Service for details.
If you are a California resident or located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have additional rights including the right to know, delete, portability, restriction of processing, and objection to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@gloskin.app.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal compliance purposes (e.g., transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes).
Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics (which cannot be tied back to you) may be retained indefinitely to improve the App.
GloSkin is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it from our systems.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has used GloSkin and provided personal data, please contact us immediately at support@gloskin.app.
Users between 13–17 should use the App only with parental consent.
GloSkin is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules than your country.
